  • Conveyor belt overhaul — replacement of chain return elements incl. new V2A axles, renewal of bearings + drive wheels + drive shafts
  • Conversion metal chain → plastic chain for bottle conveyors

Complete lubrication systems for stainless steel hinge band chains.

We plan and install lubrication systems — from distribution lines via pumps to the nozzle block.

  • Installation of tap and distribution lines incl. belt lubrication distributors
  • Installation of conveyor pumps, pressure regulators and solenoid valves
  • Division into lubrication circuits with individual control
  • Installation of stainless steel pipes to the conveyors
